-Wonderful comfortable homely apartment with all the equipment you could possibly need (and more!!), large terrace overlooking communal pools and stunning gardens. 2 communal pools, and within easy reach of all the attractions that the Costa del Sol has to offer, yet away from the noise & bustle. 15 Minutes drive from Malaga Airport. There is a Country Club & Spa on the complex for which there is an additional charge which has indoor/outdoor pools, tennis and padel courts, gym, hairdresser, beauty salon, water jet treatments, massages, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi etc.
Also a snack bar which is open to non-members.
Accommodation Summary : Spacious apartment - 1 double bedroom, bathroom with bath with shower over, Lounge/diner, kitchen with large fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker with oven and ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. Large double bed settee, TV with satellite English channels, DVD player & Video recorder, CD player.
Large terrace 9.15 sq metres overlooking pool and gardens. Spa complex with tennis & padel courts, swimming pools etc for extra charge. 2 free communal pools in private gardens. Private underground parking space. Lift.
Places of Interest Within half an hour's drive are Malaga, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banus. Gibraltar & Ronda are approx 1.5 hours drive, Granada approx 2 hours drive. There are two water parks, Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo Marina Dolphin Park, Crocodile Park, Tivoli World theme park with cable car to the top of the mountain, are all within half an hour's drive. Benalmadena Marina is a beautiful port with loads of restaurants, boat trips, and Sea Life Centre and is 15 minutes away.
Places to eat There are numerous restaurants in the area, with most doing a set dinner menu of 3 courses including wine for 10 - 11 euros, which is very good value. Yje ones we would recommend are Casa Eduardo, and El Cordero in Bonanza Square, Arroyo de la Miel, as well as restaurants all along the promenade in Benalmadena, Fuengirola and Torremolinos
Public Transport The bus and train services are excellent and very cheap. The 112 bus runs past the top of the complex from Mijas Pueblo (well worth a visit) to Torremolinos. The train runs from Fuengirola to Malaga - the nearest stations are at Carvjal and Arroyo de la Miel.

Just reporting back from Sunny Spain. Thank you so much for allowing us to
use your lovely apartment, what lovely views from your terrace. We really
enjoyed ourselves. The time just flew by and we both were very sad to have
to come back to dull foggy England again, oh well life has to carry on. I feel
sure that we will be in touch in the not too distant future to book another
stay.

Just reporting back from Sunny Spain. Thank you so much for allowing us to
use your lovely apartment, what lovely views from your terrace. We really
enjoyed ourselves. The time just flew by and we both were very sad to have
to come back to dull foggy England again, oh well life has to carry on. I feel
sure that we will be in touch in the not too distant future to book another
stay.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.
This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.
Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
We take this Owner Verification Scheme very seriously for your protection. If you have any doubts about the validity of an advert or misrepresentation please contact us with your concerns.
