Prospect House is a Luxury period holiday house in Bath

Prospect House occupies the centrepiece of an architectural trilogy. A former 19th century school, it occupies a central position within 400 metres of the World Heritage City of Bath. Grade II listed, this elegant Bath stone house, built in Gothic ecclesiastical style, retains some outstanding architectural features, most notably the intricately-carved surround to the large mullioned windows.
Accommodation Summary :
This fine house has accommodation laid out on two floors, with a bathroom and study area at mezzanine level. The property has a number of period features which includes mullioned windows, high ceilings, the original staircase and a beautiful Bath stone fire place. The house has a unique and generous open-plan dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with quality units and a marble work surface. It has an integrated electric oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, five-ring gas hob and washing machine. The tumble dryer is located in the understairs boiler room. The stylish and large dining room very comfortably sits eight. It has large Bath stone mullioned French doors which lead out on to the veranda overlooking the garden. The veranda provides a perfect setting for afternoon tea or a glass of champagne, with outdoor table and chairs for 8.

We wanted to say a massive thank you for a great stay at Prospect House. It had everything we needed and more! The house is so well-equipped to a high standard - you really had thought of everything. With town just a three-minute walk away, it was perfect for sight-seeing, eating out, and of course shopping. We will definitely be back.

Why is Lupain Holiday Rentals the only holiday rental company to verify the ownership of holiday accommodation? Research has shown that not all advertisers are genuine. There have been cases where people have booked holiday accommodation only to find out it does not exist.

This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. In addition, we do not want you to remember us for a shattered dream.

Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.

If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
