Villa in Pietra is a typical pugliese style villa. Recently renovated to the highest standard. The Villa is located at the top of a nice hill and offers an amazing panoramic view.
Accommodation Summary : This villa is made up of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen area. On the upper level are three large bedrooms. Two of those are matrimonial bedrooms and one is with two single beds.
There is also a nice bathroom in a trullo! with shower and tub and a little living area with a beautiful panoramic view terrace.
Villa in Pietra has a beautiful garden area with a lot of green, olive trees and many many flowers.
This villa offers privacy and is also very secure for children.
Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay the total amount by bank transfer before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed).
Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) eur 250.
Finally cleaning eur 70.

Arrival time is in the afternoon between 16 and 21 (except by specific arrangement).

Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
