Both lofts offer incredible views of the Acropolis and more views of Athens. Although you are practically in the center of Athens, you will find your stay astonishingly quiet (no noise when the windows are open!) and the scenery absolutely relaxing. Loft 2 is about 15 square meters larger (about 55 sq.meters plus veranda of 20sq meters) and its larger bathroom has a jacuzzi. The Kitchenette is adjoining the living room but separate. There is a wood burning fire (wood provided). Loft 1 has the private use of the terrace and its jacuzzi but the design bathroom is small and has a shower. As it is above Loft 2, the house offers more views of Athens all around. The furniture is a combination of various family antiques with modern oak-tree fit in furniture, same design everywhere. This sort of ‘scam’ is hard to comprehend but these days fraudsters are coming up with ever more imaginative ways of obtaining money by deception from innocent people like you. We do not want holidaymakers who book with us to fall victim to this type of scheme. Money is mostly hard earned we know, so taking a holiday is usually a major expense. Therefore, in order to protect you we have introduced our Owner Verification Scheme. We ask all holiday home advertisers to submit proof that they own the property they are advertising. Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
