The apartment consists of lounge with sofa bed, Satellite TV channels in English, fitted wardrobes, double bedroom with twin beds, fitted kitchen fully equipped with microwave oven, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, automatic washing machine, bathroom/ shower room. The apartment is situated in a popular holiday area in Benalmadena with a good selection of bars, restaurants, nightlife, shops and the Paloma Park nearby. The town of Arroyo de la Miel is a few minutes walk away, and itοΏ½s about 10 minutes walk to the beach and marina. There is a regular bus service and the train station is nearby.

Only when we are satisfied that an advertiser and their property is genuine do we add our Green Shield to their property advert. Apart from being a deterrent, it also encourages advertisers to make sure they verify their property, giving you peace of mind when you make your booking.
If you want to make a booking look for the Green Shield on the top right of the property advert, if you do not see our Green Shield it may mean we have not yet completed the verification process. We normally complete this process within a few days if no verification is forthcoming the advert is removed.
