This luxury apartment is situated in Benalmadena near Malaga on the Mediterranean coastline of Costa Del Sol in Andalusia, southern Spain.Our apartment is a 2 bedroom,2 bathroom corner unit on the ground floor right beside the pool.The apartment is in a residential development only fifteen minutes from the airport. There is one large wraparound terrace with sea views and a smaller terrace overlooking the pool that has fantastic mountain views.The terraces are furnished with table,chairs,sunloungers and are only a few feet from the pool.There is secure underground parking with stairs or life access to the apartment. The apartment is set in a secure gated community and is fitted with a video entry system. Our apartment is finished to a very high specification and has marble floors throughout, granite work surfaces in the kitchen, built in wardrobes, is tastefully furnished to a very high standard and comes complete with a climate controlled unit providing air con or heating as required.

All rentals of one week or longer will receive a complimentary welcome pack.
Additional Information :
The apartment will be cleaned for your arrival and cleaned again on departure and this is included in the rental price. All electricity,towels, beach towels and linen are also included.
On receipt of a firm enquiry booking forms and contracts will be forwarded. The booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the completed booking forms along with a non refundable deposit of £150.
The balance will become payable 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.
At this point we will also require a security deposit of £200. This is to safeguard against the loss of keys or damage to the apartment or its furnishings and will be returned within a few days of the end of your holiday subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment by the key holder.
We can accept payment by sterling cheques or a secure online payment can be made by debit or credit card using paypal.A Paypal account is not required to do this.
Places to visit The apartment is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Benalmadena. A car is not neccessary but is recommended to explore and enjoy the local area. Please note that the area is quite hilly.
The beaches and award winning Marina are only 1.5km away where you will find many shops, restaurants and bars with lots of nightlife.The beautiful whitewashed village of Benalmadena Pueblo is aproximately 1km from the apartment and among its narrow cobbled streets you will find many restaurants and tapas bars, some with magnificent views over the coast. The village can be reached via the bus from the development.
For our younger guests the theme and amusement park Tivoli World is within walking distance. In the town of Arroyo you will also find a cable car ride to the top of the mountain, a Dolphin and Penguin park, an Aquarium and the very beautiful Parque De Paloma.This is a free park, beautifully landscaped with a lake, walks, childrens playground and cafes & is well worth a visit.
Dinning out There are many restaurants and bars in the area offering a very wide range of cuisine. The Pueblo is a white washed village and here you will find many restuarants and Tapas bars. Some with great views. Arroyo de la Miel is the main town in the resort. There are a great variety of bars & restaurants here serving everything from snacks to Tapas, lunches and evening meals. There are mant small sun trapped squares in Arroyo usually full of restaurants to suit every budget. Many of them will have a menu del dia which is usually good value.In the evening you will find many restaurants offering a three course meal for around 10. Bonanza Square & Ibensa Square are areas that are packed with bars and restaurants, mostly British and Irish many offering great offers on drinks and meals. The Marina is a beautiful area again packed with Restaurants of every description although a little more expensive. Along side the beach you will also find a walkway that is lined with dozens of restaurants
Getting around The apartment is within easy reach of Malaga airport taking only 15 minutes by car, via the motorway. Taxis are available from the airport and trains also run from the airport to Benalmadena ( Arroyo )where you can get a taxi or bus to the apartment. The development is on a local bus route which will take you to the town centre, shops, the beach and the Marina. The bus will also take you to the Pueblo from the development. You can also get the bus to Mijas which is another village in the mountains as well as neighbouring towns, Torremolinos & Fuengirola.The train and buses are very cheap in Spain.The train runs from Malaga to Fuengirola via the airport. The nearest station is in Arroyo and there are trains every twenty minutes. Other inland cities can be reached by changing trains in Malaga.Cars can be hired through your airline or from the airport or locally in Benalmadena and we can provide links for car hire or airport transfers if required.Local companies also run tours from Benal.

We especially loved the plants and flowers on the patios, the large bath towels which you don`t usually get in holiday lets. Couldn`t have asked for a nicer apartment in a nicer area. Its nice to be on holiday but still have some of the luxuries we have at home. We were impressed with the welcome pack after a hot journey from the airport. We found the information folder helpful for places to visit and eat. We hope to rebook in October and will definately recommend to our friends and family.Thank you for our pleasant stay.

Thank you for a lovely week in Benalmadena. The apartment is great, very homely with everything we needed to hand. The welcome pack was great,some extra towels came in very useful as did the shopping trolley when carrying large bottles of water from the Mercadona. The socket adaptors were also a great help.All in all it was a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend the apartment to others. Thank you very much.
